Installation
The Waverunner Fishing Rig installs in about 15min or less depending on the tools used.
Steps:
1.Install fishing rod holders onto Fishing Rig.
2.Take off Waverunner seat and remove rear seat handle from waverunner (4 bolts).
3.Install Fishing Rig to waverunner. Fasteners should be torqued snug and not over tightened. Over tightening can damage the plastic.
4.Install Waverunner seat back on as normal. If seat does not lock into place the seat lock may need minor adjustment due to tolerance variations.

Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with VZ Engineering LLC, you must contact customer support by email (vanzwol@msn.com) or by phone (954-465-5106). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet been machined or shipped. Products such as the Waverunner Fishing Rig may be sent to machining once the order is placed. It is difficult to cancel the order at this point but we will work with you to see what can be done. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
Shipping Policy
Certain items for sale on our site are not kept in inventory. These items are machined/ordered upon receipt of your order. Typical machining time is two weeks. If the machining is delayed and is going to take longer than two weeks you will be contacted. Once machining is finished the item will be shipped. All products greater than $50.00 in value are shipped with a proof of delivery required such as a signature upon receipt.
Shipping is based on standard rates and typical delivery times of 5-10 business days within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. If you would like faster shipping then please call VZ Engineering LLC customer support at 954-465-5106 for a revised shipping quote.
Return Policy
Every product you buy from VZ Engineering LLC comes with a 30 day limited warranty. The warranty applies to products that have been confirmed as defective by VZ Engineering LLC, which may be repaired or replaced (at our sole discretion). For assistance or to exchange a defective product, please call VZ Engineering LLC customer support at 954-465-5106. All returns must use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items costing $50 or more. After receiving your returned item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
Warranty Policy
Warranty Procedure – Please contact our Customer Support for help in determining whether the item appears defective. If it is, Support will provide instructions for returning the item. Shipping costs to us are paid by the customer; all costs to ship back to the customer are paid by us.
30Day Warranty
All products unless specifically stated otherwise, carry a 30 Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. The warranty does not include any use of the product that that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.
